Making a claim on your

In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, we’ll be on hand to help you every step of the way.

If you’re the main policy holder, please be aware that you’re responsible for making claims, even if you’re covering members of your family or sharers.

What if I move house or buy a home?

You can take your policy with you – even if you become a homeowner. Just call us on 0800 035 8258 to tell us your new address.

Can I change my bank account or other payment details?

Yes, just call us on 0800 035 8258 to give us your new details or let us know your new payment date. This might affect your payment schedule – but we’ll go through everything with you when you call.

What are the Exclusions on the policy?

All insurance policies have limitations and exclusions – please refer to our policy wording to find out more about the specific exclusions, or just call us on 0800 035 8258 and we’ll be happy to go through it with you.

How do I renew my policy?

We’ll automatically do this for you – we’ll send you a renewal notice a month before to let you know. If you don’t need to make any changes, you don’t need to do anything, or you can call us and let us know any new details.

Can I cancel my policy if I change my mind?

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after you’ve bought a policy with us. Find out more about how to cancel your policy here.

Please be aware that if you’ve already made a claim on your policy and want to cancel it before the renewal date, you’ll be liable to pay for the policy in full.
